The Executive Committee are elected students who lead the union by doing what you want.
As students' Unions are student led you, our members, are entitled to attend Executive meetings to listen to the discussion. If you want to come along just get in touch with one of the Committee (below) to find out when and where the next meeting is. Please bear in mind you may be asked to leave during any confidential items.

Job: To make sure that all students are safe, happy and healthy throughout their student life. To run awareness campaigns and manage the SIAC (Student Info & Advice Centre).

Job: Runs the course rep system, running elections and making sure your opinion is heard.

Job: Helps run and develop sports teams with recruiting, advertising and competitions. Sets up new teams that don't already exist at Newman.

The two Sabbaticals work full-time, whereas the Part-time positions are taken by students on top of their course.
The Executive (Exec.) are their to run the union how the student body wants-this will change from year to year, so keep them updated with your needs!
