► National Union of Students (NUS)
Newman Students' Union (NSU) is currently affiliated to the NUS. This means that we pay an annual affiliation fee to NUS and in return receive support, help, advice and are able to sell the NUS Extra student discount cards to our members.
NUS is a national union whos aims are similar to our own. The organisation represents students from aross the country on a national level. They cover a huge range of topics, from fighting for satduents best inetersts to demonstrating and lobbying on issues such as the changing tution fees.
