Depression can be difficult to recognise, and it can manifest differently for different people making it hard to identify. Even something as simple as a low mood can affect your general well being and affect both your personal and university focused life. If at anytime you wish to talk to someone about low moods or suspect you may want to talk to a professional about a mental query, Newman has onsite counsellors by appointment, and being so close to a large city there are many drop in centres and services you can call
