The Board of Trustees have legal, financial and governance responsibility of the Students' Union. They meet four times a year to ensure that the Union is operating under its charitable objectives.
The Board Meeting Agenda typically includes: Reports from the Executive Committee, a Report form the Union Director, a Financial Report, HR and Staffing Reports and Policies for discussion. They also appoint and appraise the Union Director to oversee the day-to-day running of the organisation.
Trustee Meetings are only open to members of the Board. Minutes of the meeting will be downloadbale from the Trustee Board section of the website, after the meeting.
