The Annual General Meeting of the Students' Union is a chance for all students to attend an extended meeting of the Students' Union Council. The Annual General Meeting will receive reports on the following areas:
- a report from the Officer Trustees on the Union’s activities since the last meeting;
- the accounts of the Union from the previous financial year;
- approving the list of affiliations of the Union
Alongside this all students will have the opportunity to ask the Officer Trustees questions about their activities over the past year.
This meeting is open to all students, however, only Student Council members are eligible to vote on any decisions made.
