Flexible Working and Wellbeing Hour
NSU operates a flexible working policy. While we are a student-facing organisation and value seeing our members, we are always open to part home-horking arrangements. We also consider reasonable adjustments to work around family life. Every staff member also has one hour per week to spend on their wellbeing, whether that’s a walk or simply a breather away from the desk.
Pension Scheme
All staff members are automatically enrolled into our NEST Pension scheme with 3% employer contributions.

We offer 33 days annaual leave (excluding Bank Holiday and University Closure days.
